Project Management Intern (IT & Healthcare Integration)

Your mission

Partex is seeking a motivated Project Management Intern to join our Operations Team. 

The ideal candidate is fluent in both German and English, and possessing strong communication skills in these languages. A Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology or a related field is preferred. We welcome candidates with a passion for healthcare IT, even if they have limited experience. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the onboarding process for hospitals and clinics, assisting with partner management tasks, and developing professional skills within a diverse and global workforce.

A good understanding of IT, hardware, and software will be an added advantage. This position will require you to travel for business frequently.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Planning/Scheduling of visits and onboarding strategy:

    • Collaborate with various stakeholders across different organizations to plan and schedule visits and onboarding strategies.

    • Assist in the onboarding process, including forecasting and reporting, to ensure a smooth transition from local patient management systems to cloud solutions.

  2. Onboarding clinics:

    • Develop and implement robust technical planning and analysis processes to support strategic decision-making for the onboarding of clinics and practices.

  3. Liaising with operations team for efficient partner management and support:

    • Support effective communication between IT colleagues and customers to ensure clear and effective communication.

    • Partner with the operations team to evaluate and execute strategic growth initiatives for healthcare partners in Germany and abroad.

    • Develop and maintain robust relationships with team members, customers, and other key stakeholders.

    • Communicate the company's technical performance, strategy, and vision to partners and stakeholders within the healthcare system.

    • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and maintain the highest standards of project governance.

  4. Continuous Support to Clinics

    • Assist in identifying potential technical challenges by implementing appropriate risk mitigation strategies.

    • Account managing: will be part of the first line of contact for clinics

Your profile

General:

  • Familiarity with IT concepts

  • Some experience or coursework related to IT and healthcare is a plus.

  • Knowledge about cloud computing is a plus

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Health Informatics, Information Technology, or equivalent. A Master’s degree would be an added advantage. Recent graduates will also be considered.

  • Motivation/Willingness to learn about: 

  • healthcare IT solutions, hardware, and software, EMR/EHR systems 

  • interest to gain experience in healthcare and life science industry and related compliances (GDPR, e.g.)

  • scripting and data-based administration

  • project management tools and software, such as Jira

Language Skills:

  • Fluency in both German and English, with strong written and spoken communication skills.

Other Skills:

  • Strong verbal communication, collaboration, and planning skills.

  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently for business purposes.
