Drug Discovery Lead - AI in PROTAC Development

Your mission

We are seeking an experienced AI Consultant specialized in the application of AI technologies within
the ADC development landscape. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of both AI
and biopharmaceutical development, particularly in ADCs, to drive our initiatives in integrating AI-
driven solutions for drug discovery, design, and development processes. This role involves strategic
planning, implementation of AI technologies, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to
achieve groundbreaking results in ADC development.

Your Responsibilities

Conduct a comprehensive assessment of our current ADC development processes to identify opportunities for AI integration.
Design and implement AI strategies tailored to enhance ADC discovery and optimization, including antibody engineering, conjugation techniques, and payload optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including biologists, chemists, data scientists, and software engineers, to develop and deploy AI models that accelerate ADC development cycles.
Lead the evaluation and selection of AI tools and technologies that align with our ADC development goals.
Facilitate the integration of AI-driven predictive analytics and machine learning models into the ADC development workflow to improve decision-making and efficiency.
Monitor advancements in AI and biopharmaceuticals to keep our strategies and technologies at the cutting edge.
Provide expertise and guidance on AI ethics, data governance, and regulatory compliance related to AI applications in ADC development.
Develop training programs and materials to upskill our team in the use of AI tools and methodologies within the ADC development context.

Your profile

Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer
Science, or a related field, with a strong focus on AI applications in biopharmaceuticals.
Proven experience in applying AI and machine learning in drug discovery and development, with specific expertise in ADCs highly desirable.
Strong foundation in data science, including statistics, predictive modeling, and algorithm development.
Familiarity with biopharmaceutical R&D processes, particularly in oncology or targeted therapies.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and communicate complex ideas effectively.
Deep understanding of AI ethics, data privacy, and regulatory standards in the context of healthcare and pharmaceuticals.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and innovatively.
